Appointments are by request only.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Hair by Faith will review your preferred date and time and contact you to confirm availability.

A $20 deposit will be required after an appointment time has been agreed upon. Please do not send payment before receiving instructions.

Deposit & final payment

No deposit is required to submit an appointment request. Once Hair by Faith agrees to your appointment time, a $20 deposit is required to secure it and will be applied toward your service total. It is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due after your service and can be paid using Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. Appointments are confirmed only after deposit verification.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Contact Hair by Faith directly at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for client cancellations except where required by law. If Hair by Faith cancels and cannot provide the service, the deposit will be refunded. One reschedule may transfer your deposit, subject to availability; additional or late reschedules may require a new deposit.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled or rescheduled, with deposit forfeiture except where required by law. No-shows lose the deposit and need a new deposit to book again. Repeated no-shows may restrict future bookings.

New wig drop-off

New wigs needing plucking or customization must be dropped off 1–2 days before your appointment. Late drop-offs may delay or require rescheduling your service.

Braiding hair & extensions

Braiding hair and extensions are not included in service prices. Bring the correct hair for your style, or request purchasing assistance before your appointment; hair costs will be charged separately. Sew-in hair is also not included.
